We're Nate and Noah, a father and son running a small company out of Redmond, Oregon. We make reusable research pens built to be reliable and easy to use, and we stand behind every one we ship.

It started because the pens out there were frustrating.
PepPens began as a side project. The pens available at the time were hard to use and even harder to get straight answers about, so we set out to do it better. It grew from there.
We're not a large operation and we're not trying to sound like one. When you email us, you're emailing a person, and most of the time that person is Nate. We'd rather talk you through a problem than have you give up on a pen that works fine.

Every reusable PepPen is built around the same three things.
Solid metal build
Our reusable pens have solid metal bodies made for long-term use. You replace the cartridge, not the pen.
0.01 mL clicks
Every model dials in 0.01 mL increments, so measurement precision is identical across the whole lineup.
Standard 3 mL cartridges
Every pen takes the same standard 3 mL glass cartridge and accepts universal pen needles.
Straightforward from order to doorstep.
Our pens are made by a manufacturing partner we've worked with for years, and we bring them in under our own brand. Orders ship from our fulfillment warehouse in Lincoln, Nebraska, which is why your package comes from there and not from Oregon.
Every pen carries a six-month warranty, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days. If something arrives damaged or doesn't work, tell us and we'll make it right. We've reshipped plenty of orders at our own cost, and we'd rather do that than argue about it.

Everything we sell is for research use only. Our pens and accessories are not medical devices, are not FDA cleared, and are not intended for human or animal therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use.
Being straight about what a product is happens to be the same thing as being trustworthy about it. Ask us anything about how a pen works mechanically. If your question is about what to put in it, we're not the right people, and we'll tell you so.
