Nate and his son Noah founded PepPens with one simple goal: to offer high-quality, reusable injection pens for researchers who need tools they can count on. We’re a small Oregon company making reusable injection pens for research.
PepPens is run by Nate and Noah, out of Redmond, Oregon. The legal name is Amino Wellness LLC, and PepPens is the brand we sell under.
We are not a large operation and we are not trying to sound like one. It started as a side project because the pens available at the time were frustrating to use and hard to get straight answers about. It grew from there.
If you email us, you are emailing a person. Most of the time that person is Nate. We answer within one business day, usually faster, and we would rather talk you through a problem than have you give up on a pen that works fine.
Our pens are made by a manufacturing partner we have worked with for years, and we bring them in under our own brand. Orders ship from a fulfillment warehouse in Lincoln, Nebraska, which is why your package comes from there and not from Oregon.
Every pen carries a six month warranty. Unopened items can be returned within thirty days. If something arrives damaged or does not work, tell us and we will make it right. We have reshipped plenty of orders at our own cost and we would rather do that than argue about it.

Everything we sell is for research use only. Our pens and accessories are not medical devices, they are not FDA cleared, and they are not intended for human or animal therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use.
We say that plainly rather than burying it, because being straight about what a product is happens to be the same thing as being trustworthy about it. If you have a question about how a pen works mechanically, ask us anything. If you have a question about what to put in it, we are not the right people and we will tell you so.
