Warranty, Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy covers our pen warranty, returns, and refunds.
Pen Warranty
We stand behind our pens. All PepPen reusable injection pens are warrantied for six months from the date of delivery. If your pen fails, malfunctions, or stops working properly during that time, we’ll make it right.
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact us within the six-month warranty period.
- Include your order number and a description or photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To return an item, contact us with your order number and we’ll provide return instructions. Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
For health, sterility, and safety reasons, opened or used injection pens, disposable pens, cartridges, needles, and other consumables can’t be returned. If one of those items is defective, it’s covered under the warranty above.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or nonfunctional:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the issue.
- We’ll provide a replacement or refund.
Order Errors
If we send the wrong item, we’ll replace it at no cost once verified.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, sterility, and safety reasons, we cannot process change-of-mind returns on:
- Opened products.
- Used items.
- Cartridges, needles, and other consumables.
These items remain covered under the warranty and the damaged or defective section above if something is wrong with them.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
