1. Research Use Only – No Medical or Clinical Use
All products sold by Amino Wellness, LLC dba PepPens (including reusable pens, disposable pens, cartridges, and any related accessories) are intended strictly for laboratory and research use.
These products are:
- Not medical devices
- Not sterile medical equipment
- Not intended for human or animal therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical applications
- Not FDA-approved, CE-marked, or certified for medical use
PepPens products must not be used to inject medications, peptides, biologics, or any substance into humans or animals.
2. No Sterility Guarantee
Pens are non-sterile research instruments.
Cartridges are supplied in factory-sealed sterile packaging and labeled sterile by the original manufacturer using steam sterilization.
Amino Wellness, LLC:
- Does not independently test sterility
- Does not re-sterilize or open cartridges
- Does not guarantee sterility at delivery
- Does not guarantee sterility remains intact during shipping or handling
Customers must inspect all packaging before use and discard any compromised materials.
3. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By purchasing or using any PepPens product, you agree to:
- Use items solely for research or laboratory purposes
- Handle and store all products according to appropriate safety standards
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations for research tools and laboratory equipment
- Accept full and exclusive responsibility for proper use, handling, and safety protocols
Amino Wellness, LLC is not responsible for misuse, off-label use, unsafe handling, improper storage, or any attempt to use products in clinical or therapeutic contexts.
4. No Medical Claims or Warranty
Amino Wellness, LLC:
- Makes no claims about sterility, safety, medical suitability, or diagnostic accuracy
- Provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding medical fitness
- Assumes no liability for injuries, contamination, misuse, or regulatory violations

5. Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on thepeppen.com, you confirm that:
- You understand all products are for research use only
- You understand cartridges are factory-sterilized but not guaranteed sterile by PepPens
- You will not use products in any medical or clinical context
- You assume all liability for proper handling and lawful use
