Returns
For safety and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Any used or opened products

Products that may have been contaminated
All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or nonfunctional:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and photos of the issue

We will provide a replacement or refund
Order Errors
If we send the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost once verified.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, sterility, and safety regulations, we cannot process returns on:
